All payments are processed securely through Square. Orders are only confirmed after payment is successfully completed through our website.
3. Fraud Protection
To prevent fraud and chargebacks, we:

Use UPS Adult Signature Required on all shipments containing alcohol
4. Delivery Terms
Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation. The recipient must be present at the delivery address with valid ID to verify age.

Refunds are governed by our Return Policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent.

We are not liable for:

1. Return of Goods
According to Minnesota state law, alcoholic beverages are non-returnable, except in the following cases:
